Wind driven generation bearings divided into three parts: Yaw bearing, pitch bearing, drive system(spindle and gearbox). Every wind driven generation use one set of yaw bearing and three set of pitch bearing.

The installation cost is expensive since the wind driven generation lifetime required is 20 years, so the bearings need lifetime reach to 20 years too. LYNB have optimize structure design with small clearance, the bearing rings hardness is HB229-269, which assure it will not have plastic deformation when receive big impact. Bearing raceway hardness with surface hardening , which reach to HRC55-62. It will increase the bearing lifetime. In order to against dust and corrosion , we design the bearings with anti-rust cap, zinc plating and painting in the bearing surface.
