Precision Grades of Thin Section Bearings: Key to High-Precision Industry

    With increasing demands for bearing performance in high-precision fields such as automation, aerospace, and medical equipment, the precision grade standards of thin section bearings have garnered significant attention. Classification of Precision Grades for Thin Section Bearings

The precision grades of thin section bearings are typically classified according to the International Organization for Standardization (ISO), the American Bearing Manufacturers Association (ABMA), and the German Industrial Standard (DIN). Common precision grades include P0 (normal grade), P6 (precision grade), P5 (high precision grade), P4 (super precision grade), and P2 (ultra-precision grade).     The higher the precision grade of a thin section bearing, the more complex the manufacturing process, and consequently, the higher the production cost. However, its performance and reliability also improve significantly. The choice of precision grade depends on the specific application requirements and the working conditions of the equipment.
