When axial loads are combined with high speeds, heavy loads or other challenging conditions, thrust bearings deliver optimum performance. LYNB offers the range needed for most any application in both standard and custom designs.
1.Cylindrical thrust types are suitable for heavy loads at moderate speeds
2.Spherical thrust types achieve a high thrust capacity with low friction and continuous roller alignment-even if the shaft and housing become misaligned during operation
3.Tapered thrust types are engineered for true rolling motion, which offers increased bearing life and additional load-bearing capacity
4.Ball thrust types suit high-speed applications and light loads
Thrust Ball Bearings
Thrust ball bearings are classified into those with flat seats or aligning seats depending on the shape of the outer ring seat (housing washer). They can sustain axial loads but no radial loads. For Single-Direction Thrust Ball Bearings, pressed steel cages and machined brass cages are usually used. The cages in Double-Direction Thrust Ball Bearings are the same as those in Single-Direction Thrust Ball Bearings of the same diameter series.
Thrust Ball Bearings are classified into the following types:
1.Single direction thrust ball bearings;
2.Double direction thrust ball bearings;
Angular Contact Thrust Ball Bearings
The angular contact thrust ball bearing mainly carries axial load, and it can also carry a certain radial load. Compared with thrust ball bearings of the same dimension, the limiting speed is also higher. It can make an axial location in one direction. Angular contact thrust ball bearings can make up for the weakness of the thrust ball bearings with flat back face which cannot carry radial loads. The contact angles are 45°and 60°.The smaller the degree of contact angle, the higher the capacity of the radial load is.
Angular Contact Thrust Ball Bearings are classified into the following types:
1.Single direction angular contact thrust ball bearings;
2.Double direction angular contact thrust ball bearings;
Thrust Cylindrical Roller Bearings
LYNB designs our thrust cylindrical roller bearings to operate under heavy loads at moderate speeds. LYNB offers a standard thrust cylindrical bearings and a design that features one spherically-ground washer seated against an aligning washer.
Thrust Tapered Roller Bearings
LYNB engineers our thrust tapered roller bearings for true rolling motion, increased bearing life and additional load bearings capacity in a variety of industrial applications. We offer thrust tapered roller bearings in heavy dusty and oscillating designs.
Spherical Roller Bearings
Misalignment. Contamination. High temperatures. Even extreme speeds or critical stresses can present extra challenges when managing high radial loads. LYNB spherical roller bearings can handle it all, with innovations designed to extend bearing life and boost reliability.
1.Run at consistently lower temperatures than same-size competitive bearing for greater reliability.
2.Multiple cage designs-including a wide range of both steel and brass options-help reduce a stress at high shock loads or speeds and provide strong contaminant purge.
3.Optimized internal geometries deliver the highest load and speed ratings in the industry.
▲ The design’s of all these Thrust Bearings series are based on standard structures; LYNB can design and manufacture many other similar structures in accordance to the special and particular requirements of their customers’. If our customer’s have specific requests then the customer should identify the structure, and mounting dimensions that are required.
